We strive to inform you of all possible contingencies when planning, though sometimes the work previously done in your home is non-standard, and extra work is required to get to where we need to be. These are added to the contract as required to complete the job. Sometimes smaller issues can be taken care of without any extra expense, but the most important thing is knowing what to expect.

Our standard warranty is 2 years and covers our workmanship and materials that we provide. If you provide materials instead of purchasing through us only the installation is covered.
Tile installations using eligble materials are covered by a lifetime warranty.

Floor coverings and dust barriers are our first step before any work begins. Our small crew respects your home and your health.
All of our installations are performed by the same trusted installer. We only use licensed sub trades and in most cases directly supervise all sub trades. You're guaranteed professional workmanship when you work with us.
Depending on the scope of work you may be able to provide your own materials. You are then responisble for the quality of materials supplied and any warranty they carry. We do not install rough construction materials supplied by others. We do not tile over existing prep-work.
